Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. For contracts for the delivery of goods, it will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Consensus Ventures GmbH, Maxstraße 11, 82335 Berg, Germany, email: hello@littleelfpost.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

When there is no right to cancel, or it ends early

There is no right to cancel contracts for the supply of goods which are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, § 312g(2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code). This applies to all letters sent by post, because each letter is written and printed for your child from your details.

For the 24 elf notes as a PDF, the right to cancel ends once we have started to perform the contract, if you have expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the cancellation period, you have confirmed that you know you lose your right to cancel by giving this consent, and we have given you a confirmation of the contract (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, § 356(5) of the German Civil Code).

Gift vouchers are not personalised. You can cancel the purchase of a gift voucher within the cancellation period without giving any reason.
